WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

Kindly inform us of any damages or issues with the product.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN A COSTUME LATE?

There is a late return fee of R20 per day.

IS THERE A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WHEN HIRING?

There is no deposit. There is only the cost of Hire per costume.

SHOULD I CLEAN THE COSTUME BEFORE RETURNING? IT?

Please don't clean, wash or iron the costumes as we will take care of all of that for you!
